Tolkien Movie Board Games

This is a small guide looking at Board Games which are specifically Tolkien Movie themed. This is, of course, a subset of the larger Tolkien Board Games collecting area.

There are quite a few different versions of official Board Games themed on the official Tolkien Movies, these often differ in different countries, and this is also complicated by the official rights being held by different companies and verrying between the different movies.

There are also a lot of other movie related games (card based games, games based on other gaming systems or games just with a movie branding), here I am only considering the traditional style board games, you will need to look at the collecting main guides for details of the other items.

As usual, the Tolkien Board Games Collecting site has details of these games

And the more generic Board Games Geek site has these games in a lot more detail.

These are the games in publisher/movie/chronological order.
